YOUTHLAB PARIS

Talent Hub for Youth Inclusion

TALENT ACQUISITION & DEVELOPMENT

The professional integration of excluded Youth relies heavily on the active ecosystem created around the Youth. For that, we rely on motivated volunteers, our main driving force in the field, recruited by our team in Paris.

Our volunteers (called Catalysts) commit to missions lasting at least one year. There is a need for consistency in the recruitment and training of volunteers as the number grows every year (from 130+ in 2020 to 132 in 2021).

LP4Y believes in mobilizing ecosystems of actors in order to tackle the global issue of the socio-professional exclusion of Youth.

Our certified organization sends inclusion professionals on international solidarity missions to support our different programs based in different LP4Y Centers, mainly operational in Asia and Middle East.

TRAINING THE TRAINERS

Over the past 10+ years, we have been observing a lack of training and consistency regarding diversity and inclusion topics, would it be at the individual or corporate scale.

Relying on its Catalyst training expertise, LP4Y aims at sharing its accumulated knowledge with other NGOs, corporates and individuals, to provide certifying training to confirmed or future inclusion professionals.

ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

& CAPACITY BUILDING

Located in Seine-Saint-Denis, our YouthLAB also welcomes various peoples and organizations working for the professional and social inclusion of young people. Once a month, our team organizes workshops and roundtables to share inputs, build capacity and leverage on what works and what does not in terms of Youth Inclusion at the local and national level.

During these events, local actors share their best practices and new ideas that could improve

Youth inclusion in the Paris region.

LP4Y and Société Générale: partners for 6 years

Since 2014, Société Générale has been financially supporting LP4Y programs and involved its teams in running trainings for young people. To support LP4Y, Société Générale also made premises available to YouthLAB Paris, in the heart of Seine Saint-Denis.
